Locality Planning and Consulting have had the opportunity to lodge a significant residential planning application on the Sunshine Coast on behalf of Park Avenue Group. The unique residential development named 'The Hedge' is proposed in the picturesque Buddina area and boasts ocean views to kawana beach (within walking distance), while also within walking distance to the ever expanding Kawana Shopping World. The Hedge includes 94 residential apartments ranging from 1-3 bedroom configuration over five levels, with ground floor retail. The proposal continues a growing trend of Sunshine Coast residents trading up backyards for balconies.
'The Park Avenue Group has launched a $55 million residential apartment project in Buddina on the Sunshine Coast. The beachside project adjoins the newly-upgraded Kawana Shoppingworld which has been earmarked for major improvements in the coming years including cinema complex and new specialty shops.
